4th Prize - $200.00 Gift Certificate to Great Wolf Lodge
5th Prize – Amazon Echo Show

All winners not present are notified by phone immediately following the give-away. All proceeds benefit Nazareth Child & Family Connection.

*Please know that tickets have not been printed. Stubs from today's purchase will be mailed upon confirmation of make and model of the vehicle from Cloninger Ford Toyota of Salisbury, NC. Estimated arrival April 2021.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket. Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize or forfeit said prize to Nazareth Children's Home, Inc. d.b.a. Nazareth Child & Family Connection. All prizes must be claimed at the location of the agency with the exception of the grand (first) prize which must be claimed at Cloninger Ford of Salisbury following coordination of meeting with Nazareth and Cloninger Ford. Tickets are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Title, transfers, sales tax, federal and state income taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes valued over $5,000 will require Nazareth Children's Home, Inc. d.b.a. Nazareth Child & Family Connection to collect an IRS withholding payment of 28% of the prize value before the prize is issued/transferred to the winner. Identification is required to claim any prize. If a published prize is unavailable, the said prize will be replaced with a prize equal to the value of that prize. Otherwise, there will be no substitution of prizes. Nazareth nor any other persons, organizations, businesses, or other sponsoring agent of this event assume any liability for any claims, injuries, or damages resulting out of possession of any prize won at this event. 

DUE TO CONCERNS OF POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF THE 115TH ANNUAL FUN FEST AMID COVID-19 PANDEMIC PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL HAVE THE DRAWING OF ALL PRIZES ON JUNE 5, 2021 REGARDLESS IF OFFICIAL EVENT IS NOT TAKING PLACE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN AND ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR DRAWING IF THE PHYSICAL EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO FEDERAL OR STATE REGULATION.
